Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours from the time of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges.
• After 2 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order processing and shipping process may have already commenced.

3. Refund Process:

1. Reasons for Cancellation:
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues identified by our fraud detection department.
• If an order is cancelled from our end, the customer will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed immediately.
2. Refund Process:
• In the event of cancellation from our side, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Cancellations
